Connect to Docly with FTP

Note: FTP support was removed in 2016 for security reasons. See Deprecation of FTP Support due to Security issues for details. To connect to Docly today, use WebDAV / network drive mapping.

Use the FTP protocol to connect to your Docly folders, scan to FTP from printers or script something cool.

Enable FTP for your IP

Only available for enterprise customers.
To use FTP you must apply for your IP to be cleared in the Firewall. Please contact support.

Open Windows Explorer

(Or any alternate FTP client)

Enter "ftp://docly.net" in the addressbar and press enter:

Login

You need to contact support to enable FTP on a user account.
